1. Beginning Nordic Walking: These four one time only classes are geared specifically to those who have never Nordic walked. To join our Fitness Series in July, you must take at least one Beginner class. Start here!
Sundays June 14 and June 28 1:30-2:45 pm Tuesdays June 23 and June 30: 5:15-6:30 pm
Meet in Footloose parking lot
Cost: $10 per class. Poles are provided during classes
2. Nordic Walking Fitness Series: This is your pure cardio fitness activity. If your fitness objectives include low-impact cardio or weight loss, don't miss this opportunity to 'walk your butt off' with Suzanne and friends! You must have taken Beginning Nordic Walking held throughout the month of June to jump into this series which is taught in a progressive training protocol, so no drop-ins. This class meets 2x weekly Sundays and Wednesdays for 4 weeks.
Sundays, July 12, 19, 26, August 2: 1:30 2:45 pm Wednesdays, July 15, 22, 29, August 5: 5:156:30 pm
First session meets in the Footloose parking lot; subsequent sessions will meet at other locations. Poles are provided during classes.
COST: $65 per person for all 8 classes; no drop in fee

Daily Fitness Practice:
This fitness class if for those who desire a full-body strength and flexibility experience one can do every day to maintain postural integrity, back health, and general fitness. Join us for this creative combination of Yoga, Pilates, specific core conditioning and balance training with emphasis on enhancing life's daily activities for mobility, maneuverability and vitality. Learn what you can do daily to live active into your golden years! This is for all levels of fitness. Drop-in's welcome. Equipment is provided but bring a Yoga or fitness mat if you have one. Combine this class and Softest Yoga just after for a wonderful full body workout experience.

Softest Yoga;
Beginning yoga at it's best! Yogafit certified instructor Suzanne Nottingham has designed this program for those who require simplicity of practice. The goal is to facilitate education about the practice of yoga; for enhanced awareness of movement, flexibility, mobility, strength and injury prevention; and to accommodate those with special health considerations like arthritis, surgery recovery and other special situations. This is user-friendly Yoga for everyone. No experience is necessary. Drop-in's welcome. Yoga mats provided but it's best to have your own.
Dates 2x weekly starting June 14 - until whenever. Sunday 4:30-5:30 pm and Tuesday morning 9-10 am.
