"I am a multi-certified Nordic Walking Instructor and have tried just about every shoe out there for Nordic Walking. My favorite shoe is the SpringBoost Nordic Stride. I love the "Dorsiflexion Technology", which means that the heel is positioned slightly lower than the forefoot. The heel drop on the SpringBoost is two degrees, which I believe is the optimal degree of dorsiflexion for walking activities, ideal for correct posture and increased muscular activity, yet not too intense. I highly recommend this shoe!"
